The application of solid adhesive

The solid adhesive consists of butyl rubber, synthetic compound and polymer adhesive paste

  1. Solvent: 120#Petro oil (Gasoline)
  2. Equipment: adjustable speed dispersion machine and filter mesh
  3. Percentage: 12% of solid adhesive, 88% of 120#Petro oil (Gasoline)
  4. Mixing time: using the dispersion machine stirring at least half hour, if mixing it for a longer time that will have a better application of properties.

When the pipe finish the preparation,and then use this primer as first layer ,when the primer touch dry,wrap the inner tape and outer tape by overlap 50%
