Product Description
The Anti corrosion tape main Materials used are stabilized Polyethylene backing and Butyl Rubber base synthetic adhesive. The backing and adhesive materials that can provide high electrical resistivity resistance to corrosive environments , low moisture absorption and permeability and provide an effective bond to primed steel surface .Inner core ( hollow core):Diameter is 75 mm at most, other size aviable too.
Usage:
Provide in the anticorrosion works related to natural gas, petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy, heating power and oil, gas, water heat transportation in urban construction It has a good self-adhesive can and bending properties, construction is simple, clean, and can be widely used in roofing, basement, bathroom, etc. waterproofing works, and for legislation to pave and stick and pipe wall (except heat pipes), bridges , and other complex environment, especially in open flame is prohibited, covert fire waterproofing works.,Low-temperature-resistant properties of the product, and the MTR, tunnels and the scene of the fire with the best waterproof, moisture resistance and sealing materials, also apply to pipeline waterproof, anti-corrosion works.

How to apply ?
Prepare surfaces by removing all loose scale, rust or other foreign matter by grit blasting or wire brush. Surface must be clean, dry and free of grease.Apply thin film of Butyl Primer to all surfaces to be wrapped and allow to dry.. Apply the tape spirally with enough tension to make it conform. Remove interleaving as wrapping proceeds. Overlap each turn by at least 1" or 55% to achieve double thickness.
Irregular surfaces such as valves, flanges, etc. may require the use of Mastic or Profiling Mastic.( we can supply it also ) Refer to the product sheets for these specific
